SMN with RPG is a member-based offering that connects local shoppers with local merchants and drives repeat purchases by the SMN members. Thousands of local shoppers, who are SMN members, seek out merchants who offer cents-off-at-the-pump (RPG) for member purchases. In addition, members who make purchases are provided frequency and coupon offers by participating merchants, which enhances the likelihood of repeat sales.
