ShopMyNeighborhood^® Member Registration is Available for Jacksonville, FL Shoppers — For immediate release, 2 January 2012

ShopMyNeighborhood ("SMN"), a program for connecting shoppers with local merchants, has opened its website (www.ShopMyNeighborhood.com) for member registration. Local Jacksonville shoppers can now register for a free ShopMyNeighborhood card ("SMN Card") that provides them special offers and discounts from neighborhood merchants. Registered SMN members will receive offers and discounts that align with their shopping needs from neighborhood retailers and service providers. By presenting their SMN Card at the time of purchase, shopper/members will receive their SMN merchant offers and discounts at checkout! Coupon clipping and multiple loyalty cards will no longer be required.

Approximately 65,000 households in Southeast Jacksonville will be receiving information about this exciting program in this week's mail. Local merchants in Southeast Jacksonville have been signing up to participate in the program and over 100 local businesses are expected to be honoring the SMN Card by the end of January. "During 2012, we will be expanding the program throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area and expect to have hundreds of merchants honoring the SMN Card," said Jim Mulford, President of Targeted Shopping Solutions, Inc., the company behind this launch. "It certainly makes sense for every Jacksonville shopper to register for this free card and to receive the offered discounts when they shop."

Later this month, shoppers who register at the ShopMyNeighborhood website will start receiving their personalized SMN Cards in the mail. Local merchants are currently preparing to start accepting the cards before the end of January. Offers and discounts for first time SMN Card use, local shoppers, and frequent shoppers will be included. With every SMN card swipe at participating merchants, local shoppers will automatically have their purchase price reduced by the applicable offer.

Besides receiving a discount with each purchase, SMN Card holders can designate a local participating Community Group (schools, charities) to receive 1% of the SMN purchase amount, which is donated by the participating merchant. This donation by the participating merchant is another way this program benefits the Jacksonville community. The program is a win for all participants - local businesses are able to attract and retain their most valuable customers - local shoppers; local shoppers are awarded with savings from businesses that value their business; and our local community groups receive a donation every time we shop local!

ShopMyNeighborhood, a program for connecting shoppers with local merchants, will begin its national rollout in the Jacksonville, Florida market, starting in January, 2012. Local shoppers will be able to register for a free ShopMyNeighborhood card that will provide them special offers and discounts from neighborhood merchants. Registered ShopMyNeighborhood Members will receive offers and discounts that align with their shopping needs from neighborhood retailers and service providers. By simply presenting their card at the time of purchase, Members will receive their ShopMyNeighborhood merchant offers and discounts at checkout!

ShopMyNeighborhood is the first general purpose offer and loyalty card that delivers merchant discounts at the point of sale. Members can go to the ShopMyNeighborhood website (www.ShopMyNeighborhood.com) to view their merchant offers, or can opt-in for regular e-mail communications. Shoppers no longer have to clip coupons, carry multiple merchant loyalty cards, or remember special codes to receive their offers. A single ShopMyNeighborhood card is swiped at all participating merchants to deliver their offers to valued local shoppers.

This month, local merchants in the southeast part of Jacksonville are signing up to be participating merchants. ShopMyNeighborhood will initially focus in the southeast quadrant of the city, but will quickly expand across the entire Jacksonville metropolitan area during 2012. Hundreds of participating merchants are expected by the end of 2012.
