Targeted Shopping Solutions, Inc. ("TSS") was formed in January, 2008 to enhance, test, pilot, and launch a national marketing and loyalty solution for the small-to-mid-size business ("SMB") retail market. TSS acquired the assets and intellectual property of its' predecessor development company and completed major pilots in 2008-2010 in preparation for the national launch. The initial market for ShopMyNeighborhood is Jacksonville, FL (see news release) in early 2012. Market expansion will occur in 2012 with plans for broad national exposure by 2015.
