SMN is the latest entry into the emerging online-to-offline (O2O) performance marketing space. TechCrunch projects O2O to be a trillion-dollar opportunity.
TSS acquired the assets and intellectual property of its predecessor development company and completed major market pilots in Kansas City and Denver to provide proof of concept for merchant and shopper acquisition.
In 2012, TSS certified major enhancements to its platform in Jacksonville, Florida, including the ability to process on the Card Association Network via MasterCard.
TSS and our predecessor R&D company have invested over $7.5 million to develop, test, pilot, and prepare for a national rollout. Market development and expansion will occur in 2018 with the goal of broad national market penetration by 2019.
